Montreal New Years Eve Montreal

Finding the Right Montreal New Years Party

In the past few years Montreal has become a prime destination of partiers from across the globe. Montreal's New Years Eve makes no exception to this rule. The city is packed and Hotels are at capacity. Crowds gather in the streets and everyone is set on finding the best party for the night.

About every club is offering an all-inclusive Montreal new years Open Bar. This started in 1999 and after Club LA Boom continued offering it, others followed and this has been the standard since. A couple of places have insisted on fighting the times and removing it all together from their New Years Events. However, if your like me and want a good party...It's definately a type of situation to avoid.

And once again, 2006 is coming to an end and its time to welcome 2007 with style. Before you chose an event and drop a 90$ CAD on a party. Here are a few guidelines.

Bartender to customer ratio

Most Places don't advertise this but you will need to know. Its an open Bar but some places will have you wasting precious Drinking Time waiting for your next one. You can easily avoid this by choosing the right venu.

To avoid the pitfalls of being at a crapy event. Make sure you ask your promoter or the venu you going to how many bartenders they have and how many people do they expect

The numbers of bars is also a factor. Use your common sense. If you have a venu with a party for 1500 and they tell you their are 50 bartenders at 5 different bars...something is wrong.
